Foshan Wanying Cosmetics Co., Ltd., formerly Shunde Wanying Household Chemicals Co., Ltd., was restructured in 1998 and is engaged in the production of beauty and skincare products as well as washing products. With years of accumulated expertise, Wanying Daily Chemicals is one of the first domestic enterprises to obtain production and hygiene licenses after China implemented the licensing system for cosmetics. Dedicated to creating premium products—Wanying was founded on high standards, high quality, and a strong starting point. The company introduced advanced vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers from Japan, covering laboratory test machines for technical development, pilot machines for scale-up trials, and production machines for mass production, fully meeting the needs of enterprise development from R&D to large-scale manufacturing. Professionalism creates the future—the company cooperates with several professional scientific research institutions. In collaboration with Beijing University of Chemical Technology and other organizations, it studied the reaction patterns of gelatin hydrolysis and determined the molecular weight distribution range absorbable by human skin, ensuring the moisturizing, softening, and therapeutic effects of its products. Together with the renowned Zhejiang University, it developed an extraction technology for bird’s nest protein powder used in skincare products, which has been submitted for patent application. Since its establishment, the company has cooperated with many large enterprises in OEM (Origin Entrusted Manufacture) processing of beauty and skincare products. In particular, it helped Softto achieve rapid growth with best-selling products and won the favor of Watsons with high-quality products, becoming a long-term production partner of Watsons. For the long-term development of the enterprise, Wanying built a modern garden-style factory in the Shunde Development Zone. The factory was planned according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards for the production of pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics, covering an area of 21,000 m² with a building area of 15,000 m², including a 100,000-grade clean area of 1,950 m². The fully enclosed clean workshop has a rational layout, separating personnel flow from material flow to effectively ensure high-quality output. In terms of product quality management, we have established corresponding quality management standards and systems in accordance with GMP, namely good manufacturing practices, with the aim of ensuring that the enterprise consistently obtains products that meet quality standards, preventing non-conforming products from entering the market, and ensuring continuous and stable quality.
