The complete set of equipment was imported from Metso of Sweden, and the press is a 42.88 m long and 2.85 m wide continuous press from Dieffenbacher of Germany. It can produce standard-format boards of 4 ft (1220 mm) × 8 ft (2440 mm) (1220 × 2440 × 2–30 mm), and customers may also select board formats ranging from 1 ft (300 mm) × 1 ft to 7 ft (2150 mm) × 9 ft (2750 mm) (such as 2440 × 1220, 1830 × 2750, 1830 × 3660, 1550 × 2760, 1384 × 1550, 2500 × 2070 × 7.8, etc.). The company produces environmentally friendly E1 and E0 grade boards, including P1 and P2 boards meeting U.S. CARB certification requirements, made from mixed pine hardwood and debarked all-pine materials. Thickness ranges from 2.0 to 30 mm, and density ranges from 730 to 920 kg/m³. The company specializes in shaped boards and environmentally friendly boards, and can cut products into different formats according to customer requirements. Products are sanded before cutting, avoiding thin edges and ensuring an attractive board edge.
