Jinan Bee Pen Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise restructured from Jinan No. 2 Pencil Factory. Since the factory was established in December 1988 and completed and put into production in October 1990, after more than ten years of development, it now has eight branch factories, including a graphite pencil lead branch, colored pencil lead branch, pen-making branch, specialty pen branch, printing branch, machine repair branch, adhesive branch, and paint and coatings branch, with more than 380 employees. The company has passed ISO9001 quality certification, and its products comply with EN71-1, 2, 3, 9 and U.S. ASTM standards. Its eyebrow pencils hold production licenses and hygiene permits. The main products include several major series such as graphite pencil lead pencils, colored lead pencils, plastic pencils, various cosmetic pencils, and various craft pencils, with more than 100 varieties and an annual comprehensive output of 200 million pencils of various types. More than 90% of the products are exported and sold worldwide.
