Luoyang Northern Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Luobei Group") is located in the Luoyang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Affiliated with China South Industries Group Corporation, it is a large military-industrial enterprise established in the early 1970s. It began producing motorcycles in 1984 and passed ISO9001 quality system certification in the 1990s. It is one of the first batch of 19 designated motorcycle manufacturers. Luobei Group has a comprehensive technical, scientific research, testing, and quality management system, as well as strong technical, equipment, and production capabilities. The company's headquarters has more than 60 employees with senior professional titles and master's degrees or above, and university-educated personnel account for 49.6% of the total workforce.
