Nantong Wanzhou Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and currently has 15,000 ring spinning spindles. The company mainly produces 16s, 20s, 21s, 30s, 32s, 40s, 42s, 50s, and 60s high-tenacity 100% polyester yarns. Equipped with two-for-one twisters and 631 conventional twisting machines, it also produces 20s/2, 20s/3, 20s/4, 30s/2, 30s/3, 40s/2, 50s/2, 60s/2, and 60s/3 100% polyester sewing threads (greige thread), with a comprehensive annual production capacity of 1,500 tons. Our company insists on using 1.33*38mm staple fibers produced by reputable large listed companies. Through blowroom-carding systems in the preparatory spinning process and automatic winding in the final spinning process, finished polyester yarns are produced. The resulting polyester yarns and sewing threads have excellent indicators in terms of yarn defects per 10,000 meters, evenness, strength, and elongation at break. Finished products can be packaged on paper cones or soft cones (dyeable tubes) according to customer requirements.
