Guangzhou Yige Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yige Trading) is an export enterprise specializing in production, R&D, and self-operated business. Established in 1993, it is headquartered in the Zhujiang New Town CBD, Guangzhou. The company mainly engages in the export of various toys, handicrafts, sporting goods, baby strollers, bicycles, and other products. The company was founded in the border trade business in Urumqi, Xinjiang. With the development of its business, it has formed a nationwide production and procurement network with Guangzhou as the head office and branches in Shantou, Yiwu, Urumqi, and other places. It has a well-established customer base in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and other Eastern European CIS countries, including Moscow’s largest toy and gift wholesale and retail enterprises such as BEGEMOTT, SIMBAT, and GRAT. The company exports more than 12,000 containers of products annually and is Russia’s largest exporter of children’s products. The company is committed to the R&D of its own brands and new products, with R&D and design teams in Russia and China composed of more than 20 foreign experts. Its independently developed brands, including JOYTOY, BABY JOY, MAXXPRO, and PLAYSMART, cover toys, tricycles, bicycles, and other fields, and are highly favored by consumers in Russia, Ukraine, and some Middle Eastern countries. We have a bicycle assembly plant in Kaliningrad, Russia, exporting 500,000 children’s bicycles and 200,000 mountain bikes to Russia each year. In the Russian market, INTEX achieves annual sales of 1,000 containers.
