Wulian County Taileshun Apparel Co., Ltd. was established in December 2016 (formerly Wulian Ruixiao Packaging Co., Ltd., established in 2008). The company is mainly engaged in the export of shopping packaging bags, garments, and other goods, and is a company specializing in product manufacturing and processing. We have a complete and scientific quality management system. In May 2009, we passed ISO9001 quality system certification, and on September 28, 2017, we passed BSCI certification. We have cutting workshops, printing workshops, sewing workshops, and packaging workshops, all fully equipped. The company has more than 300 employees, all of whom have undergone strict training before taking up their posts. Our annual output value exceeds RMB 40 million. Our sales markets include Western Europe, Eastern Europe, North America, South America, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Japan, and other regions. Our production process can be divided into cutting, printing, sewing, and packaging. In terms of cutting, we use the Ruili high-end intelligent garment CAD system and print cutting patterns through a super automatic nesting system, cutting according to the pattern dimensions. This ensures that the fabrics cut by our workers are accurate with minimal errors. At present, we have four printing workshops. The cut fabrics are sent to the printing workshops, where different patterns are printed according to the requirements of different customers. The printed pieces need to be dried, and after drying, those that do not meet the printing requirements are selected and removed. After strict quality control and a series of assembly-line processes, our products are preliminarily completed in the sewing workshop. In order to provide customers with high-quality products and better service, workers in the packaging workshop inspect the products for defects, arrange them, bag them, and pack them into cartons. The products are then delivered to customers through various logistics channels.
